by starting with any design.

We can work from any design book or we can create your dream home taking into consideration your budget, lot size, restrictions, etc.  All of our costing is up-to-date and computerized.

Without cost or obligation, Baywood will:

1. View the building site with the customer and assist in determining location of the home and orientation.
2. Computer design your custom home complete with exterior elevations.
3. Provide a complete cost estimate for the building of your home, listing each building segment separately.
4. Complete and provide a building time schedule.
5. Complete all permit application and site inspections required for the contract.
6. Assist the customer in any severances or minor variances required to allow for permit release.
7. Arrange for financial assistance or mortgages where required.

We consider home building not only a large financial decision, but also a very emotional one!  This is probably the largest investment you'll ever make.  That's why we never close.  Our office will be open whenever you want to meet with us.  Or we'll come to you or to your new lot.  Consider us open 24 hours a day - seven days a week.  Our customers also have our home phone numbers and should feel free to call us at any time.
