Pricing for budgeting purposes

How should you plan out the cost of your home? Use $145 (Nov. 2006) per square foot of living area as a number that will give you a beautiful, high quality, turnkey home.  This would include a fully finished home on a full unfinished basement with insulated exterior walls.  High quality broadloom, vinyl flooring, kitchen cupboards and drywall finish would compliment the interior.

All plumbing, electrical, trim work, interior painting, heating systems and eaves troughs are also included.  The home would be ready to move into - just turn the key and start moving in!  Upon final design, we create a comprehensive pricing schedule indicating the exact costs of all entities of the home - just in case you wanted to do something yourself and wanted to see the value of savings.  All of our customers are invoiced as the project progresses and not heavily "front end loaded" - so we're not building with a construction deposit.  With our volume and purchasing power, we will be more than competitive on all services and we back our services up with a warranty.
