We are Baywood Homes, a general contractor and custom home designer. We are active members of the North Bay & District Home Builders' Association as well as the Ontario and Canadian Home Builders' Association. We are registered under the Ontario New Home Warranty Program (#2025), Enermark Program, R-2000 Building Program and are qualified to design septic systems. We also have numerous Sales Awards from Viceroy Homes for Excellence in Sales Acheivements. We have received a Rating Of Excellence from the Ontario New home Warranty Program in 2000 for the 13th year in a row.
It has been owned continuously since 1987 by Baywood Homes under the same ownership. Roger Acton is the owner/operator and is actively involved in the daily operations.
Baywood Homes is made up of four basic divisions:
